San Ysidro Way New Home
About this project
A new single-story home on San Ysidro Way in Sacramento’s Arden-Arcade neighborhood, framed by MT Higgins Construction. Mike Walker Lumber designed and built the hip-roof truss package around the home’s interior bearing walls, with spans up to 36′-8″, girder trusses and hip sets at 24″ on center. We then delivered it on our own flatbed and craned it onto the walls from the street.
