About this project
A new side-by-side duplex on San Luis Road in Walnut Creek, built by Golden State DE. Mike Walker Lumber designed and fabricated the mirrored roof truss packages for both units, including girder trusses engineered for 6,400 lb reactions and the hanger schedule, then trucked the package to the East Bay and craned it onto the walls.
