About this project
A whole-house remodel in Sacramento where Hernandez Construction opened up the center of the home and rebuilt it between the two existing wings. Mike Walker Lumber engineered the new roof trusses to bridge the existing buildings on both sides, with girders carrying 3,300 lb and site-framed rafters at the ends, and craned them over the existing roof and brick chimney onto the new walls.
