About this project

A hillside custom home on Westside Road above the Russian River in Healdsburg wine country, built by Black Oak Builders. Mike Walker Lumber engineered the roof truss package to tie into the home’s existing roof, with trusses at 24″ on center and 280 plf drag loads along the bearing lines. We trucked it to Sonoma County and craned the package onto the walls from the driveway.

Scope of work

• Roof trusses at 24″ o.c. engineered to tie into the existing roof
• 280 plf drag loads carried along the bearing lines
• Trucked to Sonoma County on our own crane truck
