About this project
Mike Walker Lumber engineered and fabricated the roof truss packages for the Jasmine neighborhood at Francis Ranch, a Trumark Homes community of attached townhome duets in east Dublin. Working from the Plan 2-2 Style B truss layout, we supplied common, girder and drag trusses for lots D9 and D10, with a full hanger schedule, and craned the packages onto the deck to keep NGB Construction’s framing crew moving.
Scope of work
- Engineered roof trusses for the Plan 2-2 Style B duet homes
- Girder and drag trusses designed to the 1,000–4,000 lb drag loads on the layout
- Hanger schedule supplied with the truss placement plan
- Delivered and craned onto the deck on NGB Construction’s framing schedule
