Irving Avenue Duplex
About this project
A new two-story duplex on Irving Avenue in Sacramento’s Robla neighborhood. Mike Walker Lumber designed mirrored roof truss packages for the two units, with common trusses, mono trusses at the front and rear, girders carrying up to 2,438 lb and 500 lb drag loads along the eaves. We then delivered and craned the package onto the second-floor walls.
