About this project
A second-story addition framed on top of an occupied single-story stucco home in Elk Grove. Mike Walker Lumber engineered the new roof truss package to tie into the existing tile roof, including girder trusses with a full hanger schedule, and delivered it for Byson Construction to crane over the house and set on the new tall-wall framing, keeping the family’s downtime to a minimum.
