About this project
A new detached ADU in the backyard of a South Sacramento home, built by Premier Choice Builders. Mike Walker Lumber designed the 6:12 hip-roof truss package with 1′-4″ overhangs: common trusses at 24″ on center, hip sets at both ends and drag trusses from 1,800 to 2,400 lb. We then delivered it on our flatbed and craned it over the fence onto the walls.
