About this project
A custom home on a steep ridge lot above Magalia, framed over a steel-and-concrete podium with sweeping views of the Feather River canyon. Mike Walker Lumber designed and built the roof truss package at 24" on center, with LVL hip and corner rafters and structural fascia, plus a separate truss package for the carport. Trusses were delivered up the hill and set on the framer’s schedule.
