Bel Aire Lane Custom Home

About this project

A two-story custom home on Lot 7 of Bel Aire Lane in the San Mateo Highlands, framed by SPE Construction. Mike Walker Lumber designed and built the full hip-roof truss package: 4:12 pitch with 2:12 vaulted ceilings and a 12-inch coffer over the main living space, plus hip girders, drag trusses and the hanger schedule. The package was trucked to the Peninsula and craned onto the second floor.
