About this project
Apricot Estates is a Trumark Homes neighborhood of 57 two-story single-family homes along the Sand Creek Trail in Brentwood. Mike Walker Lumber engineered and fabricated the roof truss packages for the Plan 2B homes, including girder trusses with a full hanger schedule and drag trusses rated to 5,000 lb, and craned each package onto the second floor as NGB Construction’s crews framed lot by lot.
